Hello, friends, and happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend. Ours was good. Yesterday was a gorgeous day, so David and I decided we would play tourists and go to this hotel in Miami Beach called Faena and have lunch outside at their restaurant. The hotel is beautiful and the decor at their outside bar and restaurant is very colorful. I had one of their signature cocktails, the Faena Spritz, and it was awesome. Their food was delicious as well. If you're ever in the Miami Beach area, definitely check them out.
Now, on to the outfit. These heels!!! I mean, talk about a statement shoe. The fringe, the tasseled lace-up straps, the color- I'm in love! Plus, they're just a fraction of the price of their Aquazzura Wild Thing counterpart, so they don't break the bank.
Here, I'm wearing them in a very true-to-form manner with girlfriend jeans and a tank, and a blazer thrown in for good measure. But, I can't wait to get a tan and wear them with rompers, distressed denim shorts, and short dresses. They are called "Sassey" and I think they are very aptly named, since that's exactly how I felt wearing them! ;-)
