Black and Kelly Green

I don't love "total black" looks. While elegant, I find them kinda boring and somber. One exception: the LBD. Here I took an all-black outfit and gave it the pop of color I felt it needed via the necklace and earrings. I absolutely love Kelly green. It's bright but not in a fluorescent kind of way.

I also really dig these jeans. They have zippers! ( you might remember my situation with zippers here ) I'm ecstatic about the fact that the zippers open up in the front, allowing me to wear them without having them bunch up too much over my shoe. And, by wearing them this way, it adds a rocker-y, edgy vibe to the look. Taller girls might not see the genius in this design, but my fellow shorties will understand and rejoice! Hee hee hee...
