This outfit makes me happy. I love the contrast between the navy blue stripes and the tangerine shoes. I like to add a touch of unexpectedness ( is that a word? yes it is, I just looked it up after I wrote it) to my outfits and I think these shoes do the trick here. Add a lady-like bag and pretty necklace to the mix and we're in business. You can wear this outfit just about anywhere, from brunch to dinner to a casual get-together at a friend's house.
